My least favorite Varda so far. The idea for portraying the dying husband by using his own films mixed with a mockumentary about his young life was good, but the movie lacked passion and seems unfinished. With better editing, acting and simply more time spent on making the story consistent and eliminating moments of boredom, it could have been as great as The Beaches of Agnes.
